Roller crushers are mainly used  for crushing easily fractured materials such as soft limestone, chalk, and clay to between 1/3 and 1/5 of its original size.

2PGC Roller Crusher Features

The crushing rolls consist of the roller bodies, complemented with crushing rings or crushing shells. The rolls are secured either with anchor bolts and end disks, or bolted with screws. In order to facilitate maintenance, the crushing roll shafts are arranged in heavy-duty cast steel housings with lubricated, amply dimensioned spherical roller bearings. Materials used are of highly wear-resistant specially cast alloys in order to achieve long lifetimes of parts.

Changing Operating Conditions Require Adjustments
1.When the crusher has been running for some months or some years, the raw materials may become harder to crush or a higher output may be needed. The MHC Twin shaft breaker can then be adjusted in several ways.
2.The size of the drive pulleys may be altered to achieve a higher throughput or a higher torque.
3.Minor adjustments of the output size can be made by altering the synchronization of the two rotors.
